Schedule, start lists and spectator info will be sent to Clubs around January 5.
Please note - this is a true FUN MEET, not a JO competition. We use our Coaches as judges and we want all athletes to have FUN!

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be given for medical reasons only. A refund request must be sent via email to shannon@altadoregym.com and accompanied by a Doctor’s note. Notes from Physiotherapists, Naturopaths, etc. will NOT be accepted.
Refunds will be processed within two business days prior to Jan 25 (EMT only. If refunds are required by cheque, they will be sent after the event).
All refunds are subject to a $30 cancellation fee (athlete will still receive a suit if registered before Dec 1).
No refunds after Jan 25, 2026.
