We have partnered with Special Olympics Canada to bring this one-hour Inclusive Adaptive Artistic Gymnastics class for ages 8+.
This class focuses on building physical literacy, confidence, and a love of movement in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. The program is designed to meet a wide range of physical and intellectual needs, allowing participants to engage at their own pace and ability level.

Participants will explore fundamental movement skills such as balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility using artistic gymnastics equipment like floor, bars, beam, and vault. Activities are adapted to support individual success while encouraging independence and skill development.

Safety is a priority, with trained coaches providing clear instruction, appropriate modifications, and supportive guidance. Aides are welcome to attend and assist participants as needed.

This class emphasizes fun, inclusion, and personal achievement—helping every athlete feel confident and successful.
